Depicting some of the finest scenes in Grantham, this fascinating and delightfully illustrated book is a superb collaboration between Lenton artist Roger Heaton and Grantham born and bred historian Malcolm Knapp. After a brief introduction to the history of the area by Malcolm, he, along with Roger, takes the reader on a leisurely journey around the historic town as well as the villages and countryside around Grantham, taking in such points of interest as The Blue Pig, Grantham Grammar School, Manthorpe Village and Corby Glen providing a wonderful snapshot of the town and its hinterland.
